Ne me Quittez pas

“Alfred!” Canada called out louder than he had ever been before. Turning to his brother, America’s eyes widened to see his brother’s eyes filling with tears on his bright red face hearing small choked out sniffles from his mouth. “Ne…Ne me quittez pas!” he squeaked out. America stared at his heartbroken brother. “D-Don’t leave me…please…I didn’t mean  it.” He sobbed holding his eye in a vain attempt to stop his tears from falling. Quickly, Canada was grabbed by his older brother as he sighed lightly letting his shier brother cry in his chest.

“I could never leave you, Matt. I love you too much.” Canada sobbed out softly repeating “Je suis désolé” Over and over to him. America lifted his head up and wiped his eyes softly.

“Come on, Matt, no more crying.”  Canada sniffled softly looking up at his brother’s face. Slowly, so very slowly, he lifted a shaking finger and wiped America’s tear from his eye.

“Y-You’re crying too.” America chuckled softly kissing his forehead.

“Silly Mattie, heroes don’t cry.” Canada held him close taking in his scent.

“Mine does. Sometimes.” America held him tightly more tears threatening to fall. Canada brought his face down to his lips and kissed him softly, America not hesitating to kiss back as he trailed to Canada’s waist stroking his sides sweetly. Canada deepened the kiss moaning as his tongue rolled over his brother’s. He tasted like Coke and Hamburgers, just like always. And that was how he liked it. Parting the kiss, watching the small thin line of saliva connect their lips he held his lover’s face softly thumb stroking his buttermilk like skin.

“I love you so much.” Canada blushed and hid his face in his lover’s chest his cheeks burning. He clutched the back of America’s jacket.

“Ne me quittez pas.” America kissed his head softly letting his lips linger in his blonde hair.

“Never.”
